I was having difficulty finding the leak in my house, and Barbosa sent Terry to my house within 30 minutes of my call. Terry was able to locate the reason why my water bill was double. We located a ball joint leak in a partially hidden outdoor faucet that comes from the ground and not the wall of the house. In all, I believe he was at my house in less than an hour and saved me a $100 month in water bills.

Initially when I called, I spoke to Jen or to Andy Barbosa. A week or so later, I found it a bit frustrating to only be able to get to Jen or Terry (the plumber) though a new person called David who did not seem to have been very well trained...yet.

Commercial AC system repair. Repaired Trane rooftop AC unit, installed new condenser fan motor as well as fan blade.
Plumbing repair, kitchen sink trap was leaking from gaskets. Rebuilt existing kitchen sink trap no leaks at this time.

Installed Flow by Moen whole house automatic flood stop shut off valve. Flow by Moen automatic shut off valve will immediately automatically turn water off whenever there may be a leak within the dwelling.

Installed new schedule for PVC building sewer/yard service for whole house. Sewer system is on hydrostatic pressure test for city inspection.
Arrived for after hours emergency services AC unit not cooling. I inspected Trane AC system and found system low on refrigerant as well as damaged electrical components. I charged refrigerant system per manufacturer specs as well as repaired damaged electric terminal.
Repaired Carrier AC system, cleared condensation drain line that was clogged and causing water to drip out of side of house secondary emergency drain line. Used high-pressure nitrogen to blow out clogged in drain line.
