I was having difficulty finding the leak in my house, and Barbosa sent Terry to my house within 30 minutes of my call. Terry was able to locate the reason why my water bill was double. We located a ball joint leak in a partially hidden outdoor faucet that comes from the ground and not the wall of the house. In all, I believe he was at my house in less than an hour and saved me a $100 month in water bills.

Initially when I called, I spoke to Jen or to Andy Barbosa. A week or so later, I found it a bit frustrating to only be able to get to Jen or Terry (the plumber) though a new person called David who did not seem to have been very well trained...yet.

Plumbing repairs at commercial business. Removed and capped existing toilet floor drain as well as waterline for toilet behind the wall in addition cut and removed damaged drain in vent pipe in wall installed new drain in vent pipe in schedule 40 PVC.
Performing annual Noritz tankless water heater maintenance. Flush and descaling, tankless heat exchanger, cleaning flame, sensors, and igniters as well as cleaning water filter on two natural gas Noritz tankless water heater heaters.
