I was having difficulty finding the leak in my house, and Barbosa sent Terry to my house within 30 minutes of my call. Terry was able to locate the reason why my water bill was double. We located a ball joint leak in a partially hidden outdoor faucet that comes from the ground and not the wall of the house. In all, I believe he was at my house in less than an hour and saved me a $100 month in water bills.

Initially when I called, I spoke to Jen or to Andy Barbosa. A week or so later, I found it a bit frustrating to only be able to get to Jen or Terry (the plumber) though a new person called David who did not seem to have been very well trained...yet.

Installed new Glacier Bay toilet at commercial business. New toilet is water saving efficient toilet.
Repaired a Rheem 50 gallon electric water heater. Installed new Grundfos hot water circulation pump as well as hot and cold water flex supply lines.
Located sewer brake under home on PVC sewer system. Customer had foundation work completed, and it caused existing sewer piping under home to break.
Whole building waste/sewer system backed up. Used 100 Spartan sewer machine to restore flow and remove clogged. Extracted heavy use of paper towels in sewer system.

Camera inspected whole house sewer system. During camera inspection I located several breaks, belly’s holding waste water and heavy root growth inside of PVC sewer system.
