I have been a customer of Barbosa Mechanical for a few years now. All of my interactions have been positive. Terrie just came out to investigate a possible leak, and took care of everything quickly. He did a great job, and was very friendly. His experience showed in how fast he was able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. I have great confidence in his work too.

Spring tuneup and inspection on two Carrier AC systems
Installed new commercial building bathroom door handle
Commercial toilet repair, repaired Kohler toilet with a Sloan flush valve. Rebuilt Sloan flush valve with Sloan replacement rebuild parts. After installing and rebuilding flush valve toilet is working great at this time.
Install new aqua piston, and flush valve on a Kohler toilet in the master bedroom
Inspected Trane package unit - found compressor grounded
Preventative maintenance and tuneup on two carrier HVAC units
Completed Fall Tune up and Inspection on two HVAC systems for a Barbosa plumbing and ac customer

Cleared blockage on break room sink - blockage caused by rice
Rooftop not cooling - found high winds pulled panels off unit
Found disconnect switch in the off position and preventing Roof top unit from operating
Fall maintenance on two systems, found both systems ductwork to be dirty
