Prompt but incomplete

The technician was prompt and polite but I feel like the work wasn't complete based on the cost. The gas line is repaired but the both holes, dirt mounds, and safety tape are still there. I wasn't told it would be my responsibility to replace the dirt. I understand that it was a third-party that handled the excavation, but perhaps a little more clarity would be helpful to manage expectations.

Just under $900 to fix two faucets; for the expensive add on, water comes out very weakly where it came out normal flow before ‘fix.’ Hard to feel like a valued customer, although I agreed to work, I didn’t agree to water barely coming out, after $500 plus ‘fix.’ I feel $900 to fix two leaky faucets exorbitant and would not do it again as years of slow water drip wouldn’t equal cost if ‘fix.’ Higher pricing explained to me but I feel shortchanged in that in fixing one problem you created another that didn’t exist beforehand and charged me quite a bit of money at the same time.
