The technician was prompt and polite but I feel like the work wasn't complete based on the cost. The gas line is repaired but the both holes, dirt mounds, and safety tape are still there. I wasn't told it would be my responsibility to replace the dirt. I understand that it was a third-party that handled the excavation, but perhaps a little more clarity would be helpful to manage expectations.

Terry arrived promptly and began to work. He found a couple of unexpected complications due to corrosion but was able to troubleshoot and solve the problem. Then made sure everything was clean and in perfect working order.

I selected Barbosa after reading their reviews online. I called them and their call rep was very helpful. Will and Alex arrived promptly and were very professional. Just under $900 to fix two faucets; for the expensive add on, water comes out very weakly where it came out normal flow before ‘fix.’ Hard to feel like a valued customer, although I agreed to work, I didn’t agree to water barely coming out, after $500 plus ‘fix.’ I feel $900 to fix two leaky faucets exorbitant and would not do it again as years of slow water drip wouldn’t equal cost if ‘fix.’ Higher pricing explained to me but I feel shortchanged in that in fixing one problem you created another that didn’t exist beforehand and charged me quite a bit of money at the same time. Replaced damaged hose bib. Existing hose bib has freeze break and it was causing water to flood inside of wall.
No drain cleaning main waistline with Spartan 100 sewer machine. Pulled/removed bathroom toilet to gain access to mainline with machine.
Very dirty air filter on a carrier furnace, causing furnace to turn off and high limit lockout due to restriction of Air Flow
Installed new Delta, laundry room faucet, water, shut off valves and supply lines
Repaired water leak above ceiling at apartment complex. Located damaged CPVC water supply piping, replaced damaged piping in copper.

Kohler toilet backed up and not draining. Restored toilet flow with closet auger.
