The technician was prompt and polite but I feel like the work wasn't complete based on the cost. The gas line is repaired but the both holes, dirt mounds, and safety tape are still there. I wasn't told it would be my responsibility to replace the dirt. I understand that it was a third-party that handled the excavation, but perhaps a little more clarity would be helpful to manage expectations.

Terry arrived promptly and began to work. He found a couple of unexpected complications due to corrosion but was able to troubleshoot and solve the problem. Then made sure everything was clean and in perfect working order.

I selected Barbosa after reading their reviews online. I called them and their call rep was very helpful. Will and Alex arrived promptly and were very professional. They took care of my issue in a quick manner. I can say that the reviews definitely met my expectations. If I have another issue, I will look to use them again for sure!

Just under $900 to fix two faucets; for the expensive add on, water comes out very weakly where it came out normal flow before ‘fix.’ Hard to feel like a valued customer, although I agreed to work, I didn’t agree to water barely coming out, after $500 plus ‘fix.’ I feel $900 to fix two leaky faucets exorbitant and would not do it again as years of slow water drip wouldn’t equal cost if ‘fix.’ Higher pricing explained to me but I feel shortchanged in that in fixing one problem you created another that didn’t exist beforehand and charged me quite a bit of money at the same time. Installed new Delta hallway, bathroom tub faucet
Installed new rim 50 gallon gas water heater as well as FLOOD stop automatic shut off valve, gas supply line and sediment trap, audible water leak alarm, two new quarter turn shut off valves and water supply lines
Bathtub shower, diverter, and mixing valve is leaking
Laundry room, drain cleaning. Used 100 sewer machine on roof through vent.
Front of house hose bib, damaged, and leaking. Recommend replacing.
New building drain and lateral cleanout for whole house main sewer system
Installing new quarter turn whole house shut off valve in flower bed for future house isolation or emergency easy shut off
Replacing existing Gerber toilet and installing new American standard toilet
Gas leak in attic on existing black iron, gas pipe and fitting

Replacing existing gas piping near City meter. Existing pipe and fittings had several leaks on them. The city closed and locked meter. Installing new fittings and pipe in black iron gas pipe.
