The -2° freeze of Feb 15-16 caused one of my pipes to burst. I turned off the water supply to the house. Two days later I drove to get gas in my car at 8AM. I saw a Barbosa service van drive into the bay next to me. I asked the man who was driving if he knew a plumber and he said, I am a plumber, do you need a plumber? Omg he gave me his card and said call and get on our schedule. I called and Andy put me on Terry’s schedule for the next day. Andy also referred me to a property resolution company, which I hadnt even thought that far in the process. Terry actually came that same afternoon, found the burst pipe, and repaired it! He checked all the other faucets and toilets and did not find other burst pipes. It took him less than 2 hours. My house had water again! Meeting Terry S. at the gas station was a miracle in my life. I will forever thank and appreciate Terry and Andy at Barbosa Plumbing and A/C Services. These are wonderful, skilled, efficient, expert people!

I just wanted to say that during the 2021 winter freeze we had in TX, we called several plumbers about our pipes bursting. Barbosa was the only one that immediately picked up the phone to make an appointment. We had service restored within 24 hours. Jonathan was very polite and did a great job minimizing any unnecessary ceiling damage. I would highly recccomend them and will use them again for other services in the future.

I recently had Barbosa out to provide me with an estimate to do some work in my home. The technician that came out and reviewed my situation and provided me with several options. After deciding between the options presented I asked when could we schedule, after conferring with the office he let me know that he and his assistant could do the work that day. They left to get materials and returned and started the work. After completing the work he reviewed all the work with me and got my signoff. I would note that the team who did my work did a good job of making sure that it was done well and cleaned up all of the dust and debris that was a result of the work.

Drain cleaning master bathroom back to back sink/ vanity drains. Removed clog of hair and debris
Commercial building main water riser in boiler room repair. Arrived and 3 inch copper solder ball valve blew apart. I installed new fittings and pipe and copper type. LXLC permanent press fittings.
Install new Kohler chair height elongated toilet in hallway bathroom. Existing old toilet was leaking from tank and flange.
Installed new watts, 2 inch double check valve at a commercial property for commercial irrigation system
