since you say R-22 no longer exists how r u going to top off refrigerant for me for the money? Other companies state it is still around and if you claim with the service agreement u will fill the AC up to 1 LB. does that mean you will not any longer

I was called at work & told he would be at my house in 20 minutes. I went home & it was almost an hour. Always before they were right on time. Closed up unit, turned off light without even changing filter until I said something. Started to leave & I asked if he was checking the outside unit & he went out for less than a minute. Not sure he did anything there. I have had your company many years here & 25 years in Bowie & never felt I received so little attention to Spring checkup. I realize it is a new unit but certainly spent very little time. I only hope he checked what he said he did
