I called Blue Hat after multiple attempts to reach other companies that were a little closer. I ended up calling Blue Hat and not only reached someone immediately, they called me back with a service call time the very next day. Tommy arrived on time and he was very professional. He found a multitude of problems the previous company "fixed". He got us back up and going in only a few hours. Very happy with them and will reach out for a PM schedule.
