Exceptional customer service! We immediately to through to the office and had a tech dispatched same afternoon. Communications was excellent, not only gave us a very precise arrival time but the tech (Cole) even contacted us to tell us he was on his way. Cole carried out exhaustive diagnostics, identified the root cause of the problem, the fix, but also highlighted a number of other issues we were unaware of. The bottom line is we had a very skilled tech spend a full hour checking everything! We were both super impressed! Cole is a credit to your company.
