We are very impressed by the level of technical knowledge and professionalism displayed by Burnside serviceman, Andrew Richey. He arrived on schedule, was quick to find the problem issue and solution. Andrew had to go under the house to work on an improper drainage issue and did so with out hesitation or complaint. He was courteous always and took every precaution to keep his workspace clean. He is a marvelous example of the excellent training and service professionals from Burnside AC and Heating.
