As far as I can tell, everything is working great! (I had a circuit that was getting a little too hot, so they replaced it.) I love having the maintenance program and being able to keep my HVAC up to date.
Jeff was very friendly and efficient. He also set up my system so that we will be able to pinpoint the problem if we have a repeat of the Zone 4 failure.
They were on time, quickly found the problem and are ordering parts ASAP!! Can’t get better than that!! Thank you!!
Our service technician was John. He responded quickly to our call and went to work to find the problem that had disabled our relatively new (10 month old) heating system. He went beyond finding the immediate fault to discover the underlying problem and fix it. He kept us informed throughout the process. He was courteous and professional throughout.
JOE exhibited excellent work approach and experienced personal skills. I will request Joe, when available, for my HVAC needs. He reflects competency well suited to advancing the Classic Aire Care reputation. Thanks for continuing great service. Ron
Jeff is a great technician! I do wish that Classic Aire Care would offer weekend hours, though.
