Thank you!

As far as I can tell, everything is working great! (I had a circuit that was getting a little too hot, so they replaced it.) I love having the maintenance program and being able to keep my HVAC up to date.

Expert work

Jeff was very friendly and efficient. He also set up my system so that we will be able to pinpoint the problem if we have a repeat of the Zone 4 failure.

Fast, Knowledgeable and Thorough

Our service technician was John. He responded quickly to our call and went to work to find the problem that had disabled our relatively new (10 month old) heating system. He went beyond finding the immediate fault to discover the underlying problem and fix it. He kept us informed throughout the process. He was courteous and professional throughout.

Current conditions: indoor humidity: 35%. Outdoor: 51 degrees. Do point: 26. I installed a separate transformer for humidifier and wired to enable humidifier operation in fan only mode. I set blower speeds. Stage one: 1156 CFM, delay: 180Sec. Fan mode: 1250 CFM. Suggestions: set thermostat fan switch to “on“ for continuous humidifier operation when needed.
