My home is now 2 years old. The Builder’s HVAC Contractor went out of business shortly after I purchased my new home. Classic Aire took over the original HVAC Contractor’s clients not quite 2 yrs ago. I have been a customer of Classic Aire Care for that same period off time. This has been a fantastic experience. Each of their Service Techs and their Office Staff have been nothing but customer oriented and will to do what ever it takes! I strongly recommend you consider signing up for their annual service agreement.

I replaced warranty humidifier control. Rewired humidifier system for updated control. I found furnace temperature rise out of range! Found air filter clogged (1” pressure drop) due to use of cool mist atomizing humidifiers in the home. Explained operation of new control to customer. Current humidity: 34%. Ambient: -2. Moisture on windows. Suggestions: expect lower humidity in extremely cold weather. Air is currently at maximum humidity due to ambient conditions. Set blower activation switch on humidifier control to “on“ for maximum humidification. Consider dialing down humidifier control and extremely cold weather.
