Annual Air Conditioning System Maintenance: During an autumntime service call, I performed routine maintenance on the client's AC system, including cleaning the outdoor condenser unit, checking refrigerant levels, and testing system controls. These preventive steps ensure reliable operation and prepare the system for seasonal transitions.
Ductwork Cleaning and Repairs: Upon inspecting the client’s HVAC system, I found that blockages and leaks in the ductwork were causing poor airflow and energy inefficiency. I cleared the blockages and sealed the leaks, ensuring the system could deliver optimal airflow and performance.
