The second floor AC stopped working. The capacitor was broken which the technician fixed quickly. I have had service contract with this company since 2005, which was the time they did a complete (AC, furnace, duct work) installation of two systems. I then moved to a new home that had a broken AC. I reached out to the same company which I had used since 2005, for a quote to replace the broken system. I did not shop around (which I also told the sales person), and was given a terrible quote for a 14 SEER single speed system. I then called a local company and was quoted a much better deal for a superior TRANE (Seer 18, 2 speed system). I called "Clear the AIR' to give them an opportunity to match the quote. They pretty much laughed at me and quoted me a 40% higher quote and asked me to send them the invoice!!!!! Guess who got my business in the new home.... A VERY disappointed customer
Had a problem with the condenser, found out when I was home after work. 6:50 called and by 8:00 someone was there and fixed the problem. I stumbled on Clear the Air over 10 years ago and they're the only HVAC firm I'll go to. Their people are polite and friendly - most importantly they know HVAC. And there prices are always good. 0 complaints from me.
