Robbie was very friendly and efficient. He knew what our problem was right away and corrected it. After he completed the job, we noticed one of the kitchen can lights had been disturbed and messed up some of the kitchen sheetrock. He came back out and gave us the name of the repair guys for that. They just left and they did a good job as well. We appreciate the response and the correction. We will use Clear the Air in our future needs.

HVAC Repair – On arrival at the client’s home, I noticed their HVAC system was struggling to maintain consistent indoor temperatures. A detailed inspection revealed a malfunctioning control board as the root cause. I replaced the faulty control board, restoring precise climate control and providing a dependable indoor environment for the client.
Air Conditioning System Repair – A client reported their AC system was blowing warm air. After a detailed investigation, I found low refrigerant levels to be the main issue. I conducted a comprehensive leak check, sealed the detected leaks, and recharged the system with the appropriate refrigerant. This approach restored the system’s ability to deliver cool, refreshing air. Once its operation was verified, I informed the client about maintenance plans to ensure lasting performance.
Furnace Repairs: Cleaned and adjusted the burner assembly of a furnace to address a weak flame issue, improving ignition and ensuring efficient and consistent heating.
AC Repairs: Diagnosed and replaced both the compressor and fan motor in an AC unit after identifying malfunctions, restoring the unit’s cooling capabilities and efficient airflow.
