Robbie was very friendly and efficient. He knew what our problem was right away and corrected it. After he completed the job, we noticed one of the kitchen can lights had been disturbed and messed up some of the kitchen sheetrock. He came back out and gave us the name of the repair guys for that. They just left and they did a good job as well. We appreciate the response and the correction. We will use Clear the Air in our future needs.

HVAC Installation near Autumn Forest Dr. Installed a new ductless mini split system into the home of a residential client to offer them reliable temperature control throughout their residence. The new unit was successfully installed and is performing well for the client. I have scheduled an annual maintenance service with them to keep the system operating well for many years to come.
HVAC Installation near Hidden Falls Dr. Arrived at the client’s home to install a new HVAC system in replacement of their inoperable system. I installed the new Goodman HVAC system into the client's home and tested it for performance and quality assurance. The new system is operating well to control the temperature throughout the home.
New HVAC Installation near Evening Bay Dr. I arrived at the client's house for the installation of a new, energy-efficient HVAC system. Installed a new Goodman HVAC system into the home to offer the client a less costly and more reliable option for their HVAC needs.
Performed full HVAC replacement. Client's unit had been damaged in a recent storm and was already aging so they decided to replace the whole thing. Installed the new air conditioner and heater, tested for proper operation.
Performed regularly scheduled air conditioning maintenance call. Checked the system, cleared debris around the unit, made sure compressor was working correctly, got good cool temperatures during operation. Advised customer airflow was a little low, might need a duct cleaning in the near future.
Customer had an aging system that needed a little TLC. Performed air conditioner maintenance; cleaned unit, cleared out area around it, checked compressor and blower wheel, checked all wiring and connections. Provided information on membership to customer and also advised they were probably 2-3 years from needing new ac installation.
Client had an air conditioning system that was making an odd noise. Examined the unit, diagnosed there was some debris that had gotten into the unit that was causing the noise and had also damaged the blower wheel. Performed AC repair to fix the wheel, clean up the unit, then double checked for correct operation.
Customer had regularly scheduled AC maintenance call. performed maintenance on the air conditioning unit, checked all components, cleaned up debris in the area, checked for correct operation. Client was interested in finding out if they needed a bigger AC unit for their home. Gave them a quote on a new AC installation.
