Conde Tech recently provided maintenance service for a heat pump and mini-split units that they installed a year ago. The installations, which included replacing mini-split units on interior walls with units from a different manufacturer, were excellent. The recent routine maintenance was also excellent. The service technician was professional in demeanor and detailed in thoroughly servicing the units, to include cleaning the outside cooling 'fins,' to allow the units to operate at peak efficiency.

Greg from Conde Tech Services arrived with a smile and eagerness to replace a circuit breaker to that my heating unit would work. 45 minutes later. Done!! And, I had heat again. Can't say enough about Conde Tech's customer service. Small company. Give them a try.

Layry showed up on time and ready to work. He was extremely professional in his approach to the job. I had a scheduled winter season tune up on my gas powered boiler system. He knew the unit inside and out. He performed the service quickly but in a methodical manner. I am confident the system will perform properly for the winter season if it ever shows up!! Larry is an incredible human being and truly cares about his customers and giving the best possible service to their systems. I am going to try to request that he be my technician from now on. Once again, Conde Tech is by far the best company for my HVAC needs. I highly recommend them not only for their service but the people on their team. Efficient, highly skilled professional and very personable.

Just had my seasonal check upon the AC. Andrew was a new tech for me, but an extremely affable and professional tech. He called to say he was on his way. Arrived earlier than his estimate! He knew the history of the system and set immediately to work. He was well mannered, clean and efficient. Not to mention thorough! He and I went over the service and discussed findings. Andrew is bursting with knowledge and goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I am very pleased I found Conde Tech services. Very reliable and professional. Their annual service plan has saved me money and I highly recommend them and their service plan!!
