Condetech team is my go for any HVAC, fireplace, electric need I have for my primary residence and rental property. Over the past few years they have upgraded my outdated electrical panel and water heater in addition to my annual maintenance. They are very knowledgeable, responsive, and fairly priced. Conde tech is my go to service provider for my HVAC, electrical, fireplace systems. There are great, they know what they are talking about, are responsive, provide fair price (for big jobs I often get multiple estimates and they are usually very competitive for the quality of systems they install). I have an annual maintenance contract that gives me piece of mind with a discount and free diagnostic. Finally I use them for my primary residence, but also my investment property and get similar feedback from my tenants. Thank you for a job well done! Note: I usually do small jobs myself… but go with them for bigger stuff e.g., water heater, electrical panel upgrade

Matthew came at very short notice as I was concerned that the A/C was not working as it should and I was going out of town for a couple of weeks. He had time and patience until he located the problem and my mind is very much at rest that everything will fine while I am away.
