Eddie from CondeTech rocks! I was impressed by the careful maintenance visit — this wasn’t just a “let’s replace the filters and make sure cool air is coming out” kind of visit. Eddie took two hours, flushed the drain lines, cleaned the units, checked the compressor, capacitor etc. etc. Even with the recent heat wave, we’ve never had a problem with our CondeTech-serviced equipment, and Eddie’s great service visit made clear, why!

I've worked with so many hvac companies, mostly because I always seek a second and third opinion on things. I'm never bothered enough to give reviews. So please trust me when I say that this company is 100% trustworthy. I called them for a new hvac install consultation, after already having had many consults and a strong determination to replace my upstairs unit. I ended up with a detailed diagnosis, a free and easy fix (since Matt, the technician, awesome guy, and the business owner!) had integrity and knew what he was doing), and saved 1000's of dollars.... Everyone else said " buy this super expensive super awesome new unit!" Matt showed me what they should have checked, sorted it out and told me to call him when I have a real problem. 😀 which I absolutely will...the scheduler on the phone was also super nice and professional. Finally! This is it guys. All we're looking for is someone we can trust, right? So even if you're not as lucky as me and need a new install, or a big repair. ..all I can say is that Matt Conde did right by me and I trust him.
