After finding Coomes Air on The Good Contractors List, I emailed around 6 in the evening regarding an AC issue, received a phone call by 7 the same day and was able to get scheduled for a visit the next day. After arriving and diagnosing issues, Jimmy explained everything he had found, and broke down pricing for every option, based on what was necessity and what was recommended additional service. He showed us pictures of problem areas and was not pushy about the recommended service, which we appreciated because we are currently on a tight budget. Once we decided what work to have done, Jimmy got to work. When he was finished, everything was working again, and he made a couple more recommendations for future service after noticing a few things during the repairs. We ended up signing on for the monthly maintenance subscription, which saved us a significant amount on the repairs immediately, and Jimmy also happily answered all qurstions that we had. He was nothing less than professional, cordial, and genuine the whole time he was here, and based on his representation of the company, we would gladly request service from them again.
