Great service!!!! Professional and efficient!!

We had a water leak and called CPI Plumbing. We got an appointment for the very next day and our technician Aaron was awesome! Not only did he call ahead and was able to come early, but he was super kind, informative, friendly and professional. He not only fixed our water leak but then we discovered several of our toilets weren’t working. He got us accurate estimates for repair and we opted to have new toilets installed. He did the entire job all in the same day! We were so grateful to have water and flushing toilets repaired so quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Aaron and CPI plumbing for any plumbing needs!!!

Customer wanted to replace their old yard hydrant with an owner supplied hydrant. The customer excavated the area around the hydrant. Shut off water to the hydrant. Bled the lines of remaining water. Heated up the fitting. Unthreaded old hydrant from 3/4 brass tee. Cleaned off threads of nipple going into the tee. Applied Teflon tape and thread sealant. Threaded on new hydrant. Set 4x4 post into ground. The customer backfilled with pea gravel and I secured the hydrant to the post with a two hole clamp. Gave customer an estimate for a replacement electric water heater. Currently he has a 40 gallon low boy electric and is interested in propane replacement or electric. Will meet with management to send an updated estimate for the propane water heater replacement. A 1 inch propane line is about 50 feet away and we would have to put in a vent. Thank you for choosing CPI Plumbing and Heating.

Inspected flush valve and documented part number. Explained that the flush valve will need to be replaced. Looked up the part online, discontinued. Provided pricing to perform a diagnostic to reach out to tech support and find a comparable replacement with the option to waive the cost, customer accepted. Called Toto tech support and spoke with Mike. He found the new model number for the exact same specs. Called Ferguson and spoke with Ed, received parts and availability. Ed stated that it’s most likely a 3-4 week wait for material. Provided pricing to order and replace the flush valve, customer accepted and put half down. Waived diagnostic. We will return once part has been received. Day 2: Arrived on site to perform work as proposed. Water was already isolated to the flush valve. Removed cover pl

Customer called about his sewage and ground water pumps not working. Last night colony creek flooded his yard and covered it with up to 1.5” of water. Neither pump works but both alarms sound and eventually flip the breaker. Both pumps and electrical boxes are completely submerged. Unfortunately we can’t do anything until the water level drops and creates access to the pumps and electrical. Customer also does not know where the septic lids are which means they are buried. Told the customer to wait for the water level to drop, see if the system works. If not, he can call us back. Thank you for choosing CPI!

Checked customer request for winterization. The customer had three bathrooms that he needed winterized. There were 9 toilets, 9 lavs and 9 showers all together. Presented customer pricing to winterize the bathrooms. After pricing was approved the work was scheduled. The work will be performed on a later day when all required antifreeze is acquired. 11/30/22: Performed work as proposed. I drained the bathroom through the existing boiler drains. I flushed all of the toilets and vacuumed out the tanks and traps. I blew out the lines with an air compressor to the best of my abilities. I shut off the water heater. I filled all of the traps with antifreeze. After the antifreeze was put into the traps I taped off the toilets and sinks. I checked for leaks on all other plumbing that had been installed by CPI. There were no leaks when last checked. The customer was happy with the winterization and that there were no leaks. The customer understood that we winterized the building to the best o

Customer has a Triangle Tube Instinct 155 Boiler and it is having intermittent failure to ignite issues. We have checked all readings and everything checks out except we are not able to get the combustion readings into the required ranges per factory tech support. In the past when we have seen this issue we have replaced the gas valve to get the adjustments into range. After talking with tech support they suggested replacing the gas valve and also the venturi assembly. Confirmed with factory that boiler has partial extended warranty and parts will be provided to us at no cost. Labor is only covered to a small fee so labor prices will apply for the work. Pricing below includes labor and expedited shipping. November 23rd 2022 Arrived onsite to customers home with replacement gas valve and new LP Venturi, contacted tech support again after I inspected the old Venturi. Tech support informed me that the Venturi had been updated since this boiler was put in as they had some issues with t

We completed the job walk, we saw where they want to relocate the washer and dryer from inside of a bathroom to the mechanical room down the hall. Also took a look underneath the house to see if the sketched out new floor plan that they would like to do in that bathroom would work off of the current plumbing, from everything that we could see somebody has oversize the system and it will work. Each one of those quotes was for waste and water only no demolition work of any type that has to be performed by others.
