Will W. was the sixth tech to come out to my mom. He stayed around a bit longer and happened upon a hissing noise in the furnace. His tenacity discovered good news/bad news. Good news was he found the problem /bad news my mom needs a new boiler He went over and above to keep my mom comfortable by providing space heaters until the furnace can be replaced. He is by far a diligent, thorough tech and an asset to Sippin.

I will say that I'm a little bit disappointed that it took us so long to finally diagnose this problem, that said, I'm happy we found out about the leaking boiler before a real disaster could take place.
