Charlie was prompt, clear and professional in helping us install a new gas line today. We also connected personally over our mutual love of cooking which was an added bonus. I feel that the effort put forward today by Charles and his assistant represented the expertise and care that I have come to expect from Sippin. Charles clearly outlined next steps from the pressure test, to some install tips to what we need to do to start using the new gas line.
