As a long-time Sippin customer, I have trusted the company for many years to service and maintain my burner, hot water heater, oil tank, and AC unit. This service appointment was different. Brandon was professional and showed up when he was supposed to. However, I had heard from my long-time plumber that Sippin service people are incented to upsell equipment. And indeed that’s what his words felt like - a sales pitch. Please train and incent your service people to be more interested in SERVICE than SALES.
