I cant provide a rating on Jeff without including some of the history. I call to have a routing maintenance on a furnace that was 14 mos old and that had been working perfectly. When the tech left (Brian) was not getting any heat. I called and then another tech came out (Will) and when he left the issue was still not resolved. I called a third time and Jeff and Adam came out and it seems that I am now receiving heat, but I don't feel confident that it is a long term fix. This service was a complete disaster and I'm glad we found this out when the weather was fairly nice and not in the middle of winter. I don't know what the tech Brian did, but he totally screwed upi my entire system. I don't want him near my house again as I am fearful that he might blow up my furnace altogether ( maybe a little dramatic)
