Jay arrived early which allowed us to get our day started earlier than expected. Answered all my questions. He pointed out that the circulator gasket needed to be replaced. Asked if it was covered by Gold Plan contract. Called ops dept and found it was. Unfortunately, he could not repair that day, so I had to make another inconvenient appointment. I asked him to check my chimney for debris and said it looked very clean. Have been very satisfied with all you services thus far. Thought I would have rec’d a copy of the service provided, but did not. Will call this week.
