The tech, Dan, has been to our house before. Very friendly and knows what he is doing. Would rate his service very highly. The issue I have is: the monitor should probably never have been installed. For installation I had to make an appointment, block 4 hours. Wasn’t old that the monitor had a limited service life. Then you tell me it has to be removed, again, I have to make an appointment and block 4 hours. NOT very good customer service. The monitor goes from free to $48 a month?
