Upon arrival to a repair call. The technician performed 1 system maintenance found no heat due to broken heat strips. Cooling works great, indoor coil in good shape, same as the outdoor. The technician replaced the heat strips. Cleaned up, tested & inspected. Everything working properly upon departure.
