Air conditioning maintenance. The homeowner had noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling the house as well as it should. I arrived at the house and inspected the unit. I found that the condenser coil was dirty and needed to be cleaned. I used a brush to clean the coil and then applied a cleaning solution to it. After cleaning the coil, I tested the unit to make sure it was working properly. The homeowner was thankful for the service.

A homeowner reported low water pressure in the kitchen faucet. After inspecting the plumbing, I found mineral buildup in the aerator and corrosion in the supply lines. I replaced the old copper supply lines with new flexible braided stainless steel hoses and cleaned the faucet aerator. After reassembling, I tested the system and restored full water pressure. I also checked for leaks under the sink and inspected the shut-off valves to ensure they were functioning properly. The homeowner was advised to monitor water quality to avoid future buildup.
A Bradford White gas water heater was producing inconsistent hot water. Upon inspection, I found a faulty gas control valve that was not regulating the burner correctly. I drained the tank, replaced the gas control valve, and inspected the burner assembly. After refilling the tank and relighting the pilot, I tested the unit. The water heater resumed normal operation, providing consistent hot water. The customer was advised to schedule regular maintenance to prevent future issues.
I replaced an old 3-ton AC unit with a new Carrier Infinity 16 SEER system. I removed the old condenser and air handler, then installed the new units, connecting the refrigerant lines and electrical wiring. I ensured the system was charged with the correct refrigerant and tested it to ensure proper cooling. The new system is running efficiently and cooling the home effectively.
I arrived at a home to repair a water heater that wasn’t providing hot water. After inspecting the unit, I found the thermocouple had failed. I replaced it with a new Honeywell thermocouple and relit the pilot light. After repairs, I tested the water heater, and it’s now producing hot water consistently.
