Jake Kring. 08-04-2024. I arrived for a no cool call on a previous customer. I inspected the system on the home across the street. From the address that the tickets is keyed for. That address is 342968 East 1025 RD. That is the location I preformed the work on. This is a rental property of the address on the ticket. I inspected the indoor and outdoor system and found oil on the evaporator coil and the blower motor to be dirty. I inspected the condenser and found the condenser to be stopped up and the capacitor to have failed. The contactor has a lot of pitting and suit buildup on the contacts. I replaced the capacitor and checked the systems operation and found the system to come on and the condenser fan motor to run at 0.8 amps and is. It recommended to run more than 1.1 amps per manufacture specifications. I tried to clean the condenser but do the water pressure to be not adequate to clean the system well. I informed the homeowner of the dirty condition of the system and the low wate
7/31/2024 Isaac J. Came out to call for a system noise that the customer is concerned about. He stated that the unit was making a strange noise like it’s under stress, but it quit doing it after he had called in about, but thinks something is going out. I checked the system over again and found the unit in need of cleaning. Customers service is due, so I went ahead and cleaned the system. Checked system operation and found the condenser fan motor amps higher than rated (2.1/1.4) on the data plate. Explained to customer what may be the cause as far as the unit noise. Most likely the bearings are wearing out and it was making the noise because it’s under stress. Hard to say for sure because the noise isn’t happening anymore. Customer would like to replace the motor under warranty before it truly fails. Will get it ordered and come back out to replace it. Went ahead and washed the condenser coil thoroughly. 8/2/2024 Isaac J. Came out to replace fan motor under warranty and completed AC s
03JUL2024 Jason Brown Arrived for previous customer no cool. Spoke with homeowner about the systems performance. It’s not keeping up, it used to but now it’s not. It’s seems to be working now but the other day it got up in the 80s. Inspected equipment found blower and coil good, ac relatively clean. Washed condenser coils, removed blower motor and verified wheel and balance. Cycled cooling and checked pressures. AC Calls for 13 degrees of subcooling. Currently reading 4. With homeowner permission I weighed in 1lb of 410a to achieve a 14 degree cooling. Temp split increased 2 degrees to 17 degrees. System is cooling to its best abilities at this time.
27JUN2024 Jason Brown Arrived for previous customer no cool. Spoke with tenant about the systems performance. The outside AC is not coming on. Inspected furnace, evap, plenums, and air conditioner. Found blower and coil and good condition, added tape to return transition, and moved outside. Found disconnect only providing 93v traced power back to second disconnect where I found a fuse blown. Replaced fuse and cycled cooling. System comes on. Washed condenser coils, trimmed growth around AC, and verified all components and pressures. System is operating normally at this time .
30OCT2023 Jason Brown Arrived for new customer no heat, spoke with Michael about the systems performance. It’s never worked well, but now it doesn’t work at all. Inspected Airhandler. Found 120 to ground but only 10v instead of 240v. Inspected breaker panel. Found water draining down the panel, and the 60a 2 pole Eaton breaker corroded and split. Spoke with homeowner about my findings, he will contact a electrician. Left panel off, power off, and panel screws next to panel. System is not working at this time. I do not recommend restoring power to the home until an electrician has looked at it.
I arrived for a friend’s and family no cool call. I inspected the system and found it to be heat or cool only thermostat but you had to select the heat or cool in the furnace. I found the selector fan relay to not be making electrical connection. I replaced the relay and found the system to come on and run.
I arrived to bid a 3 ton system in a 4500 sq ft building and two mini splits in the dressing rooms. I inspected the building with the building manager and he showed me where and what he wanted. I explained that the 3 ton system will not cool the building as needed. He understood and only wants the bathrooms and the dressing rooms conditioned. We will be installing a 3 ton system in the attic space and will be dropping a 10” duct to the bathrooms and kitchen area. The rest of the air will be dumped into the large 4500 sq ft area with a manual damper that they can shut off and just condition those rooms. I will be showing the installation team what will be done due to the custom demands of the building manager.
I arrived for a previous customer no cool call. I inspected the system and found the modulating blower motor to be running backwards. I will track down a motor and the cost tomorrow and contact the customer with price and availability. replaced motor- customer is out of town, bill customer

Inspected AC. Found dual run cap out. With homeowner permission I replaced the capacitor and cycled the system. Checked all amps and pressures, washed condenser coil. Replaced existing filter with complimentary filter offf truck. System is cooling properly. Please give it some time to cool off before it starts feeling normal.
Came out to call, tenant stated that the heater was running constantly and not shutting off. We were out recently to fix another issue on the system. I checked the system over and found the heating elements activated and the thermostat not calling for it. I found the double stack sequencer had failed and was causing the heater and fan to run constantly. I replaced the sequencer and double checked system operation. Heater is no longer running constantly, and system is operating properly.
