Received a call from office (Joe) and was advised that Service person (Randy) would be leaving and would be arriving in 15 minutes. This would be a few minutes past time frame originally quoted. Unfortunately, they arrived closed to an hour later. I had asked if everything was ok and was made aware of an emergency work that needed to be made. The office never contacted me make me aware. This in part through off my day. They also should have told me they were training someone and the job would have taken longer.
