We moved to another town and due to trustworthy and excellent service from Keil, I again signed up as a member. Service technician, John provided excellent service and explained everything we had to know to prevent anything bad from happening with our unit. He is patient and showed how he works hard to make us comfortable and satisfied. The pricing was not bad either in which Keil and John provided. We are happy that Keil is able to provide service/maintenances even when we moved. Thanks so much John and to Keil!
