Service Technician Daryl arrived within a few hours of my call for service, quickly diagnosed my A/C issue, replaced the capacitator, and made sure I got the applicable service charge discount I was eligible for since having them install my new furnace last Fall. He also quickly checked out the furnace and reversed the opening on the filter door so I wouldn't burn my hands on the water heater vent when I opened it. This really seems to be a company that cares about its customers. Thank you!

I ended up needing a new furnace due to age on my old Carrier system & Krane delivered on the spot. Their staff, Daryl, Brian & Adam who were all fantastic to work with!
