Service Technician Daryl arrived within a few hours of my call for service, quickly diagnosed my A/C issue, replaced the capacitator, and made sure I got the applicable service charge discount I was eligible for since having them install my new furnace last Fall. He also quickly checked out the furnace and reversed the opening on the filter door so I wouldn't burn my hands on the water heater vent when I opened it. This really seems to be a company that cares about its customers. Thank you!

Krane Heating & Cooling hit it out of the park for me! I appreciate honesty and integrity in a company. The last 2 HVAC companies I have worked with only wanted to sell me a maintenance contract. I ended up needing a new furnace due to age on my old Carrier system & Krane delivered on the spot. Their staff, Daryl, Brian & Adam who were all fantastic to work with! A no pressure sale allowed me to purchase a top of the line Bryant high efficiency furnace. Seriously, if you need HVAC work, give Krane a call! There prices are very fair & they will give you an honest evaluation of work required.
