Hands down the best HVAC company in Odessa and surrounding area. I like that the technicians call/text before arriving and Brenda schedules service as soon as possible. Manny has been my technician on past occasions. He is so knowledgeable, thorough, takes great pride in his work and is always friendly and polite. He doesn’t leave until he checks that he has done everything needed and has answered all my questions. Thank you, Manny. I will continue to call Mega Solutions in the future if needed. Highly recommend.

Didn’t hear any difference in sound, but she mentioned it was sounding like it was going into overdrive after running fine after a couple minutes. Remembered we wired in a jumper between w1 & w2, so I removed it & didn’t notice a difference as well. Mentioned to her if the loud sound were to happen again to call us again once it’s happening so we could catch it while it’s active. Other than that no issues to report.
Drain line leading to reservoir tank under furnace had water in it. Cleared the lines & tank & also pulled inducer motor off to ensure there was no more water & it was all cleared. Once cleared the system began functioning properly again. Shouldn’t have any other issues. No other issues to report.
