He went over the service check issues w/me & all was found in good working order. Mega is ALWAYS dependable & cares about their customers.

4 TON RUNTRU UPFLOW SYSTEM WITH GAS HEAT AND T705 THERMOSTAT Customer stated she will pay after she gets her card back from the church
Pressures are unstable & jumping around. Noticed they only had enough return air for 2.3 tons of air for a 4 ton system. We would need to correct that sometime. Toby wanted us to leave the filter & filter grill off for a couple hours if not a couple days then recheck pressures to see if liquid migrated back out of compressor. Getting a lot of liquid out of the suction side. Coil is piston based instead of a txv like the original coil. No other issues to report.
Filter change completed. Need to add 1 more 20x20x1 filter to inventory change out list.
Single capacitor to the condenser fan motor was bad. Replaced it & then the float switch in the drain pan was engaged due to a pan full of water. Cleared the drain line & drain pan & unit began cooling properly again. Checked pressures & amps & everything checked out good to go. Signed customer up for annual membership. No other issues to report.
Filters were dirty so we changed them all out & unit by kitchenette had a clogged drain line causing the drain pan to fill & causing the unit to shut off by float switch. So we had to cut into the drain line & vacuum bacteria build up & purge drain line with nitrogen. Unit is cooling again. Recommended changing filters every other month due to dirtiness within almost 3 months. No other issues to report.
