Erick our technician came out on a Sunday when others could not. Not only that he worked fast to fix our ac and was super helpful and friendly. I am definitely going to be going with their services moving forward than the others.

Manny and Isaiah did an amazing job cleaning my indoor coil and blower wheel. They also changed my old vents replaced them with new ones and did my duct cleaning. I'm very happy to know that I'll be going home to cleaned air because we suffer from allergies and asthma.

Customers outdoor unit was making noise. On arrival unit was operating fine and did not see any issues
Completed cooling tune up for both units. The 2 ton unit had a capacitor reading below the 10% mark, recommended replacing it but they said they would wait. Other than that both units looked good to go, no other issues to report.
Replace 10 mfd capacitor, reattach insulation on blower section, and in place coil cleaning on indoor coil for Lennox 5 ton unit and complete ac tune-up and change out filter. (Done) 4 supplies on 3 ton system 3-10 inch flex 1-8 inch flex Can install 2 transfer ducts on wall Has 4.65 tons of return air
Completed cooling tune up, everything looked good. No issues to report.
Completed cooling tune up, everything looked good with no issues to report. She has 3 extra filters for next maintenance so we don’t have to bring one.
Performed a comprehensive cooling system tune-up, which included inspecting and cleaning the condenser. Checked refrigerant levels and pressures to confirm they are within manufacturer specifications, and inspected electrical connections and components for wear or damage. Tested the thermostat for accurate temperature control and calibrated if necessary. Ensured proper airflow throughout the system. Concluded with a performance test to verify the system's cooling capacity and efficiency
Added 2 pounds of refrigerant and unit still needed more. Recommended replacing indoor coil. Informed customer it would need more refrigerant but customer only could pay for 2 pounds.
Condensate pump is clogged. Customer approved to clear and clean.

11 split systems. 💡 - At least 4 units require servicing, with most operating on R-22 refrigerant. - It appears that these units have not undergone maintenance. - While 8 condensers are numbered, 3 remain unidentified. - All thermostats are situated in the same room; however, it seems they lack sensors, as some rooms remain warm despite the thermostats indicating the desired temperature.
First package unit had a blown fuse & a fan motor capacitor below 10% mark. Went ahead & replaced the fuse & capacitor & unit began cooling. Second package unit had a bad thermostat, keeping it in heating mode while calling for cooling. Replaced the thermostat & unit began cooling but not as efficiently. Mentioned that unit was really old & had a lot of hail damage, but she said they don’t replace them until they completely go out. Other than that no issues to report.

5 ton unit needs blower motor cap replaced(10 mfd), insulation on blower section reattached, indoor coil cleaning in place. Will need to conduct these repairs before we install filters Older system is r22, empty on refrigerant, fried time delay board, outdoor fan motor need to be replaced and needs screws. also indoor blower psc motor will need to be replaced; highly recommend changing this older system out because there will have to be a lot of repairs including a new r22 indoor coil replacement Older system is a side draft rtu with 19x19 supply and return will need new 4x4 (2) stacked on each side to sit unit on 4x4’s
