Erick our technician came out on a Sunday when others could not. Not only that he worked fast to fix our ac and was super helpful and friendly. I am definitely going to be going with their services moving forward than the others.

Condenser fan motor was running backwards upon arrival. Got it to spin the right way but after a few minutes of running the fan motor shut off and stopped working. Replaced motor and checked pressures. They were off so recommended a maintenance. Completed maintenance and pressures are better. Other than that good to go
Breaker did not trip while working on the unit even after turning it off and on. As for the house not cooling I checked my temperature probe and it was 57 coming out the grills. Still checked everything and pressures were a bit off given that the filter is dirty. Customer will change tomorrow. Tested the thermostat and noticed it stayed at 76 for a bit but eventually it did go down. Other than that good to go
During my recent visit, I discovered that the breaker had tripped upon arrival. I reset it, and everything was functioning properly without any issues. However, after a thorough inspection, I identified that both capacitors were faulty, and there was some loose wiring which may have contributed to the breaker trip. Additionally, the breaker itself was loose, potentially causing further concerns. I replaced the capacitors and ensured all connections were tightly secured.
Customer is having her house remodeled. They had messed with some breakers and now the electrical panel is missing a leg of power. Electrician fixed it and unit is now working properly
Condenser fan motor wasn’t coming on replaced capacitor and got unit running. Checked pressures. Everything looks good. Recommended our Medicare club membership. Customer did not want because they have a membership with Darville.
Replaced blower motor and unit is now working
TRANE 5 TON COMFORT SYSTEM 15 S.E.E.R. SPLIT GAS/ ELECTRIC
Swapped out the VFD & unit is cooling again. No other issues to report.
Customer’s blower motor is going out. A/C did not fail even after shutting off and on but still tested everything. Only issues I saw was the blower motor
Checked pressures & temperatures & everything checked out good. Had 52° coming out of the vents. Could be the weather causing the humidity. Didn’t see any issues with how the unit was operating. Mentioned we could come back later on once the weather gets a little hotter. No other issues to report.
Upon arrival customer had told me he got unit working. Insisted on checking unit, but customer said it’s ok.
Filter needed to be changed and needs more return air. Other than that didn’t see any other issues
To cool the upstairs room 8, thermostat room, e1 and e2 the condenser #4 needs repairs for unit to cool properly. Recommend replacing the capacitor, disconnect because it fails at some points, and needing a service panel for the condenser to prevent future electrical faults.
3.5 TON TRANE UP FLOW SPLIT SYSTEM WITH GAS HEAT
Added a 7.5 mfd capacitor to the condenser fan motor. No other issues to report.
