I had a quick response to an emergency call when my heating unit would not turn on during the recent freezing spell that we had; technician arrived as scheduled. He reviewed what was happening got to work on the problem and had it resolved in an hour; he didn't leave until he was sure the unit worked properly. Very grateful for the excellent service.

Unit had a leak at the indoor coil. The unit’s compressor is not running the best either added refrigerant for right now to get them cooling.
The unit is empty of refrigerant there looks to be a leak at the indoor coil but it is also a copper outdoor unit so there is a possibility of that leaking at some point as well. Maintenance was completed as well.
Cooling maintenance completed found out that capacitor is at its 10% mark to recommend and replace, customer will wait until cap goes out so we can replace it. Condencer coil has a restriction of stucco caused by contracting company spoke to company and are aware of the situation as well the customer
Maintenance completed need to come out again for blower and to change filters going to need help 1 guy.
Bad contactor on master bedroom unit, changed it out & working properly now. Completed maintenance on all 3 units. Kitchen & front bedroom units looked good.
RHEEM 2 TON UNIT 14.3 S.E.E.R. Customer is not home to sign on or incentive and submit payment
Completed maintenance, washed off the coil. Capacitor looked good within the 10% margin. No issues to report.
Gave out estimate for new unit. Need to get back with them on that
Took a look at the unit and the unit is empty of refrigerant. Cory wanted to see what Toby thinks we should do.
The unit did not have the 2 wire connected so I connected that and everything kicked on good to go. I did have to add refrigerant to get the pressures good. Call to collect.
Found that the unit had the breaker off kicked it on and the unit is empty on refrigerant we need to get Toby out here to get them a estimate.
Completed maintenance, capacitor was within the 10% margin so it was good. Unit did have a kick start kit. Pressures & temperatures looked good according to the current weather (65°F). Washed off the condenser as well. No issues to report.
