I have to say that Toby got back to me quickly this morning; Tuesday, from my texting asking for help Monday Night after Bible Study. I came home to a hot house with the AC blowing hot air. Many friends texted giving me instructions; turn off AC to melt the frost and ice. Worked. Next morning, I had cool air. Still wanted to keep my appointment with Mega Care; Joshua. Joshua was thorough, and efficient. He checked the coils in the attic, cleaned out the outside condenser and added freon, and replaced a part on the outside condenser. Totally impressed. He took the time to explain everything well. I understood everything. Will definitely be calling back for annual service. Thanks Toby. You and your people are awesome!!! God given. God bless you all.

Completed heating maintenance for 3 systems. All systems were operating properly. Only recommendation would be to change filters more often due to dirtiness & can eventually cause systems to freeze, besides that everything checked out good to go. No issues to report. Updated filter count (4) 20x20x1.

Condensate pump reservoir tank was pretty dirty causing float switch to stay engaged. Cleaned out the tank & tested pump out by filling with water again & it would pump the water in the tank & shut off. No other issues to report. Completed heating tune ups for both systems. Noticed downstairs unit was a little short on return, mentioned it to Mrs Speer. She said eventually they would get that system replaced & we could do that once that time comes. They also got their security system updated & swapped out thermostats. On the upstairs unit the thermostat didn’t have e-heat setting. Brought it up to her & she said she would call vivint to correct it. Completed heating tune up, gave an estimate for a blower wheel cleaning due to dirtiness. Homeowner also stated that their system began freezing yesterday & today. Checked pressures/temperatures after completing heating tune up & everything checked out fine, cause of freezing was a dirty filter. Replaced it with a 2” filter. Recommended keeping up with filter changes to prevent it from happening again. No other issues to report. Placed yard sign & filled out comfort survey.
