Our AC quit working bc of some work done by our contractors workers. We weren’t sure what was going on with it. I called at 2:18 and scheduled an appointment for 4-6 for same day service. The tech called me at 2:43 to see if we were available for him to come head to our house. They figured out that it was a fuse that was blown and it was about 30 minutes and they had our AC working. Both technicians were nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely call them in the future for any service needs!

Gave estimate for repair. Will wait for approval
Could clear drain due to it draining into the sink drain. They had called a plumber. Other than that signed them up on a membership and completed tune up on both units
Replaced motor and got unit running. Unit is cooling and also found a bad capacitor as well. Replaced it and unit is good to go
Unit had a bad cap and a pound low on freon. Replaced cap and added the pound. All good to go
Clogged drain line. Cleared it and got water draining properly
Completed cooling tune up, everything checked out good with no issues to report.
Coil needs to be pulled & cleaned along with replacement of TXV Pulled evaporator coil & cleaned it & also changed out the TXV. Unit is cooling again. Mentioned to wife that it could still be undersized due to the square footage of the home being (3000sqft) & only having a 5 ton. Will check in with them tomorrow to see how it worked. No other issues to report.
Unit cooling when I arrived. Checked the unit and everything looked good other than the capacitors. Replaced it with a dual cap and checked pressures. All good to go
Completed cooling tune up, unit was low on refrigerant but after checking both coils I didn’t see any signs of leaks. Mentioned to customer that it could be under charged after Trent moved the unit over & extended the lines out. Charged it up & got the pressures/temperatures back where they should be. No other issues to report.
Adjusted the damper on the duct cause it was completely shut causing rooms to not cool. As for the leak it has nothing to do with the unit.
Blower motor out. It’s an ecm motor so I’ll get with Johnstown to see if they have it in stock
Ductwork is good and didn’t see any issues causing those rooms to be hotter than the others. Did full inspection and noticed the capacitor is bad. Signed them up on a membership and completed tune up along with changing out capacitor
Frozen upon arrival blower motor needs replacement
Blower wheel is bent and blower needs replacement. Need to order part and work up estimate
Both coils have leaks, need to give an estimate for coil replacements. No other issues to report.
