Our AC quit working bc of some work done by our contractors workers. We weren’t sure what was going on with it. I called at 2:18 and scheduled an appointment for 4-6 for same day service. The tech called me at 2:43 to see if we were available for him to come head to our house. They figured out that it was a fuse that was blown and it was about 30 minutes and they had our AC working. Both technicians were nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely call them in the future for any service needs!

Completed heating tune up, everything checked out good to go with no issues to report. Filled comfort survey.
Completed heating maintenance for 3 systems. All systems were operating properly. Only recommendation would be to change filters more often due to dirtiness & can eventually cause systems to freeze, besides that everything checked out good to go. No issues to report. Updated filter count (4) 20x20x1.
Completed heating tune up, gave an estimate for a blower wheel cleaning due to dirtiness. Homeowner also stated that their system began freezing yesterday & today. Checked pressures/temperatures after completing heating tune up & everything checked out fine, cause of freezing was a dirty filter. Replaced it with a 2” filter. Recommended keeping up with filter changes to prevent it from happening again. No other issues to report. Placed yard sign & filled out comfort survey.

Duct cleaning to remove dust, dirt, debris, and other contaminants from the ductwork. Application of a disinfectant to eliminate mold, bacteria, viruses, and other harmful microorganisms that may be present within the ducts. Cleaning of air vents and registers to prevent the recontamination of the ducts. Had to adjust vent count due to 2 returns not leading to anything & fully insulated once grille was removed. 1 supply had the duct removed & unable to run hose through as it wasn’t connected at the boot from previous company who installed it. Completed duct cleaning on 24 supply vents & 3 returns.
