Just wrapped up a comprehensive maintenance check on an HVAC system. Replaced the air filters, cleaned the condenser coils, and checked the refrigerant levels for optimal performance. Also calibrated the thermostat and ensured all electrical connections were secure. This routine service will boost the system's efficiency and extend its lifespan.

Air duct cleaning service. Went out to a return customer home to perform duct cleaning. Thoroughly cleaned the air ducts and replaced the air filters. The cleaning will help maintain the excellent indoor air quality in the home.

I installed a Lennox iComfort Wi-Fi thermostat, model S30, in the cafeteria. Following installation, I provided a detailed walkthrough for the cafeteria staff on how to operate the thermostat, covering settings adjustments and energy-saving features. The demonstration was thorough, ensuring no further questions or concerns remained about the device's functionality and user interface. The system is now fully operational and user-friendly.
