Thank you for coming out and taking care of our AC the very next day!!
Our AC quit working bc of some work done by our contractors workers. We weren’t sure what was going on with it. I called at 2:18 and scheduled an appointment for 4-6 for same day service. The tech called me at 2:43 to see if we were available for him to come head to our house. They figured out that it was a fuse that was blown and it was about 30 minutes and they had our AC working. Both technicians were nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely call them in the future for any service needs!

Completed heating tune up, everything was good to go. Only issue I saw was mold on the blower housing, other than that heating was working fine. No other issues to report.
NORTH RTU: 1- LENNOX 5 TON GAS/ELECTRIC PACKAGE UNIT; CURB ADAPTER AND THERMOSTAT
MIDDLE UNIT 1- LENNOX 5 TON GAS/ELECTRIC PACKAGE UNIT; CURB ADAPTER AND THERMOSTAT.
Customer is interested in maintenance agreement and will call tomorrow to get scheduled Changed 55/7.5 cap Mentioned to customer their unit looks a little low on refrigerant 410a Condenser coil is a micro channel coil and will need to be washed out extensively hasn’t been maintenanced in 4 years Will also need indoor coil cleaning in place
Condenser was really dirty causing higher head pressure. Rinsed it off & checked pressures after drying the unit off & pressures looked a lot better, along with temperatures. Everything else checked out good with no other issues to report.
Cleaned the condenser coil and repaired a loose connection to the high pressure limit switch on the second compressor
Compressor is out, pressures were almost completely stabilized even while it was running. Amber mentioned Josh had already told her it was on its way out & it finally went out. She just wanted to confirm that it was completely out so they could move forward with replacement.
Open PO# 5485 Evaporator coil was frozen on arrival. Thawed the system & checked pressures & coils. Pressures were low causing the unit to freeze over. Once system was dried rechecked the evaporator coil & there were oil stains in the middle of the coil. Coil needs to be replaced to avoid refrigerant leaking out again. Toby will give an estimate on replacement. No other issues to report.
Right now the unit isn’t showing any indications of freezing up. Checked airflow and both coils. They all checked out and motor on the indoor unit has a good capacitor. Pressures are looking very normal. Customer will call back if it freezes up again
Blower motor had a bad capacitor. Swapped it out with customers approval & unit began cooling again. After letting it run for a little, the supply grill was only coming out 72 degrees. Washed the unit off & it was blowing 64. Recommended cleaning evaporator coil as well due to dirt & hair. He said he would clean it himself & it would help cool a little better. No other issues. Ran out of health sheet reports.
Completed both tune ups, only issue I saw was the fan side of the condenser capacitor was below 10%. Recommended replacing it & customer agreed. Besides that everything checked out good to go, no other issues to report. Customers were interested in duct cleaning, 9 supply grills & 3 returns. Mentioned we do a special towards the end of the year & they were really interested. Placed yard sign as well.
Drain line was pretty stopped up, purged line with nitrogen & cleared drain line. No other issues to report.
Unit was low on refrigerant (410a). Added 2lbs. System began cooling properly again. Mentioned we don’t repair leaks in coils. He said it has been about 5 or 6 years since someone last charged it up. Mentioned if he wanted us to pin point the leak it would be a separate charge but I also saw indoor coil had a dark spot. Told him it could be on evaporator coil unless it was just from the ice melting. No other issues to report.
Completed a/c and heater tune up. Didn’t see any issues and everything is good to go
Panel where the suction & discharge ports are is the one that came off, didn’t have screws to begin with so it must’ve just blown off. Added some screws to avoid it coming off again. No issues to report.
