We're thrilled to hear that you were satisfied with our heating and cooling service. Thank you for the positive feedback.
Thank you for coming out and taking care of our AC the very next day!!
Our AC quit working bc of some work done by our contractors workers. We weren’t sure what was going on with it. I called at 2:18 and scheduled an appointment for 4-6 for same day service. The tech called me at 2:43 to see if we were available for him to come head to our house. They figured out that it was a fuse that was blown and it was about 30 minutes and they had our AC working. Both technicians were nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely call them in the future for any service needs!

Brenda in the office made it very quick and easy to set up my services. She was very Informative and let me know all the details. The technician Luis was great and took care of the first scheduled maintenance we had set up. He answered all my questions and is very skilled in what he does.

System was overcharged not allowing system to cool properly. We did not take any refrigerant out of the system because she could not pay for it because we do not carry change. She said she would call us back out tomorrow when she’s able to get change and then we’d be able to take refrigerant Out of the system.
Found unit on one compressor running. Found leaks and circuit one and circuit two During league search found hits on electronic leak tester in the condenser manifold, as well as the tube sheets in the evaporator
Replace condenser fan motor due to bad start windings and replace Capacitor
Found unit not turning on compressor or fan, checked door run cap very swollen. Both sides were Reading 0 µF capacitor was rated at 45/5 Replaced with new concern no longer present call Complete.
The unit had a dirty filter causing the unit to freeze up and the drain line was stopped up not allowing it to drain properly and overflow the pan. After clearing the drain I tested it out and everything is draining properly. I let them know due to them doing construction in that building to change the filter more often to prevent this from happening again.
Repair low-voltage and high voltage open replace all shorted parts reattached all low-voltage wires and high voltage wires repaired. The short in the disconnect, had to rebuild the interior of the disconnect because the disconnect was not able to be changed out.
Drain line was clogged, vacuumed it out & it is draining properly now. Inspected other units around to make sure they were draining as well. No other issues to report.
We replaced the coil, pressure tested the unit and added refrigerant to the unit and everything checked out good after we properly charged the unit. It is now cooling properly.
Fan motor was working when I arrived, checked amps on it & it wasn’t over amping so it looked good to go. Mentioned that it wasn’t cooling as well & the delta t was at a 12, checked pressures/temps & they looked good. Condenser coil was dirty so I went ahead & washed it out & the delta climbed back up to 18.5. Customer was curious on duct cleaning for the winter as well. No other issues to report.
Checked pressures/temps & there appears to be a restriction somewhere, pressures were 140/330 with temps of 72 on suction line & 100 on liquid line. 23 super heat & 2 sub cooling. Artic air replaced the filter drier & mentioned it could be a txv that’s bad. We wouldn’t know unless we install a new filter drier & txv with new refrigerant. Delta t was 18.4. Condenser unit is a 3 ton & the indoor unit is a 4 ton. It could be that they are undersized from what the homeowner told me about the home square footage. Home hasn’t cooled properly sized it started warming up in may.
Unit was low on refrigerant, did not recommend adding due to it being r-22 & it eventually leaking out again, but customer insisted on adding it to get them by. Also mentioned it could last a week, or it could get him through the summer & he said “I guess we’ll see how long it lasts” Also Toby will get work him up some estimates to see what he would like to go with. Added 4lbs of r-22 & got him cooling again. Brought up our membership program & he wasn’t interested at the time. No other issues to report.
Residential home air conditioning repair. The unit had a bad capacitor for the compressor and some loose wires on the contactor that were starting to burn up. I had to tighten the wires and replace the capacitor and everything came on like normal. I checked our refrigerant pressures and the unit is low on refrigerant about 2-3 pounds I did find a leak at the indoor coil, they did not want to do anything at this time.
The outdoor unit had some wires that were exposed due to the sun and the touched metal causing the breaker to trip. I connected the wires again and wire nutted them and everything came on good to go.
Installed the new blower motor and everything kicked on and started cooling.
