Hands down the best HVAC company in Odessa and surrounding area. I like that the technicians call/text before arriving and Brenda schedules service as soon as possible. Manny has been my technician on past occasions. He is so knowledgeable, thorough, takes great pride in his work and is always friendly and polite. I am a 30+ year customer of Mega Solutions. When my 12 y/o HVAC roof mount package unit died Oct 2, I knew I would be in trusted hands throughout the process of choosing the best unit to fit my needs. All was assessed & considered without having to make a rushed decision. The Mega Solutions team from office staff to field technicians went above & beyond to accommodate my scheduling preferences & assist me in little disruption to my routine. Due to my health & physical limitations, my expressed concerns were listened to & resolved. I & my aging dog were able to remain in my handicap accessible home. Mega set up a no charge loaner for my bedroom (87 degrees @8pm). Toby, Manny, & Mark arrived @6:30 am the next day to install 2 window units Toby picked up for me to cool the great room. How fortunate & blessed by to have professionals who provide expertise, excellent service & caring hearts.

Completed heating tune up. Noticed the heat exchanger is starting to rust. Didn’t find any cracks but it’s something to keep an eye on for further tune ups. Other than that heating was working just fine. No other issues to report. Placed yard sign & filled comfort survey.
Inspected heating and flame sensor needed to be replaced was not reading continuity as it should Replaced and heater is now operational

ELECTRICAL PROVIDED BY: HALL ELECTRICAL SERVICES 1- 200 AMP SINGLE PHASE ELECTRICAL SERVICES UPGRADE WITH 3- DESIGNATED 230 VOLT CIRCUITS TO 3 OUTDOOR UNIT MINI-SPLIT SYSTEMS WITH 2 GFCI OUTDOOR RECEPTACLES. Will come back Monday to finish start-up on mini-splits.
Blower wheel was really dirty, recommended cleaning. Blower wheel was pulled & cleaned. Everything was put back after cleaning & system is working properly. No issues to report.
Furnace is giving a ground not detected code, tried a couple different things with Toby & was still throwing same code. Will need to come back & try a couple other things with Toby before condemning blower motor or circuit board. Blower motor is not currently working.
Completed heating tune up, blower motor capacitor was below 10% mark. Recommended replacing it but he said he would replace it himself. Other than that everything checked out good to go with no other issues to report. Out of stakes for yard signs & comfort survey filled previously.
Evaporator coil had a bad leak in it, needs to be replaced. Replaced evaporator coil, pressure tested to 350psi & pressure test went good. Ran a vacuum & got it down to 222 microns. Charged system up & system is cooling properly again. No issues to report.
