I have to say that Toby got back to me quickly this morning; Tuesday, from my texting asking for help Monday Night after Bible Study. I came home to a hot house with the AC blowing hot air. Many friends texted giving me instructions; turn off AC to melt the frost and ice. Worked. Next morning, I had cool air. Still wanted to keep my appointment with Mega Care; Joshua. Joshua was thorough, and efficient. He checked the coils in the attic, cleaned out the outside condenser and added freon, and replaced a part on the outside condenser. Totally impressed. He took the time to explain everything well. I understood everything. Will definitely be calling back for annual service. Thanks Toby. You and your people are awesome!!! God given. God bless you all.

Erik arrived in a timely manner, he was professional yet personable. He identified the issue with our AC unit and then finished verifying that the rest of the unit was in good shape.
Unit was low on 410a again due a leak on the suction service valve port. Added leak lock to threads of cap & valve & tightened it. Added 3lbs of 410a. Unit is cooling properly again. No other issues to report.
Unit was frozen again possibly from the insulation on the blower panel being sucked into the blower wheel. Left unit off & fan on to slowly thaw the system. Will need to come back either later today or another day as the homeowners aren’t home.
Evaporator coil & lines were completely frozen, unable to check pressures. Blower motor was running fine, skip mentioned the filter was pretty dirty. Will need to reschedule for tomorrow once it’s thawed completely. Daughter did not want to thaw system tonight with the heater running. No other issues to report.

Single capacitor for the compressor was completely dead. Went ahead & replaced it with Rhonda’s approval. Emailed invoice to Mr. Mark Knox. Other than that everything checked out good to go, no other issues to report.
Thermostat was bad not allowing low voltage to go to condenser. Swapped out thermostat with customers approval & the system began cooling again. Was not interested in membership. No other issues to report.
Completed A/c and heating tune up. Everything good to go
Unit was frozen from what I assume was a dirty filter. Thawed the system down completely then checked pressures. Pressures/temperatures looked good to go. Capacitor was lower than 10%. Recommended changing it out & customer agreed. Recommended keeping up with filters because a dirty filter could cause it to freeze. No other issues to report. Placed yard sign.

Completed A/c tune up and heating. Put yard sign up
3 inch bell pvc where drain lines run to was clogged up. Vacuumed excess water from bell & then purged 3 inch line with nitrogen to clear 3 inch bell. Once cleared, poured water into bell to ensure it was cleared & it was draining properly. No other issues to report. Placed yard sign.
Installed kickstart for compressor due to the compressor having a hard time wanting to start, did recommend customer to adding refrigerant but really wants this existing equipment to fail so he can get a new unit. Customer wants an economy split system will sell house soon. Wants estimate sent out to his email attached info for new install in pictures existing equipment is r22
