Erick our technician came out on a Sunday when others could not. Not only that he worked fast to fix our ac and was super helpful and friendly. I am definitely going to be going with their services moving forward than the others.

Upon arrival customer had told me he got unit working. Insisted on checking unit, but customer said it’s ok.
Filter needed to be changed and needs more return air. Other than that didn’t see any other issues
To cool the upstairs room 8, thermostat room, e1 and e2 the condenser #4 needs repairs for unit to cool properly. Recommend replacing the capacitor, disconnect because it fails at some points, and needing a service panel for the condenser to prevent future electrical faults.
3.5 TON TRANE UP FLOW SPLIT SYSTEM WITH GAS HEAT
Added a 7.5 mfd capacitor to the condenser fan motor. No other issues to report.
Customer stated that he’s had to add 1lb or less of R-22 every year for about 3 years now due to a pin hole somewhere in the system. Added 1lb to the system & got it back to normal cooling pressures/temperatures. Mentioned to keep us in mind once he decides to upgrade to a new system & was asking if we did duct work as well & told him we do. No other issues to report.
Replaced condensate pump and made sure it wasn’t pumping out water correctly
Completed cooling tune up, everything checked out good to go with no issues to report.
Thermostat was sending 24 volts for cooling even when stitched to off. Replaced thermostat and is now running properly.
Unit had a tripped breaker. Flipped it and breaker tripped instantly. Continued my diagnostic and unplugged both compressors to make sure it wasn’t that. Breaker did not trip. Plugged them back in and turned on the breaker and unit is operating correctly and breaker is not ripping no more
Split system is working fine didn’t see any issues. The package unit on top had a tripped breaker.
Installed new 40mfd capacitor for compressor previous one was reading 28mfd Installed new drain with 6 fittings and p trap, there was no drain before. This was causing the drain pan to overflow and leak on the suspended ceiling. Did notice 8 wire is exposed but still operational for rtu, will keep tabs on this wiring and will eventually have to be replaced Bill out to tax Tierra, smoke shop owner not at fault for these repairs owner just moved here 6 months ago
Completed cooling tune up, everything checked out good to go with no issues to report.
Customer did some renovations and cause the unit to get dirty. Evap coil, blower and drain lines are dirty and tripped the float switch keeping the condenser from running. Customer is going to want a duct cleaning when winter comes around for the 50% off
