Performed an emergency service visit for a new customer in New Hope, PA 18938 after their Rinnai tankless water heater displayed Code 18 and left the home without hot water. Upon inspection, we found the unit was incorrectly configured for natural gas instead of propane following a prior conversion, which caused repeated shutdowns. We reconfigured the equipment to the correct fuel settings, verified safe operation, and restored reliable hot water just in time for the family’s weekend stay.
