Received a service request from a Google lead in Philadelphia, PA 19142 regarding a gas heater blowing cold air. The homeowner reported that when the panel is removed, the blower starts but eventually stops, and the system has not been providing consistent heat for about a month. The indoor unit is in the basement, and the outdoor unit is easily accessible. This is a rental property, the system is estimated to be under 3 years old, and no prior maintenance or tune-ups have been performed. The customer later called to cancel the appointment, as a family member was able to address the situation for him. We documented the request and remain available for any future service needs.
