Conducted a full heating system tune-up at a customer’s home in Philadelphia, PA 19147. The Ameristar central gas furnace, located in the basement and never previously serviced since 2018, received a comprehensive 21-point inspection and maintenance, including checking the thermostat, heat exchanger, blower motor, safety controls, pilot assembly, condensate lines, and airflow. During the visit, we also investigated the year-long condensation issue at the vents and found no active leaks or malfunctions, ensuring proper airflow and safe operation. The homeowner was pleased with the thorough inspection and restored confidence in the system’s performance for the winter season.
