Responded to a no-heat call in Spring House, PA 19002. Found that a Heil furnace had a failed control board, which wasn’t sending a signal to the inducer motor, causing the ignition process to fail. Advised the customer on repair or replacement options to restore reliable heating before colder weather arrives.
