I was called to a home to inspect a furnace that was making a load noise. Upon arrival, I found that the furnace was not producing heat and was making a loud noise. I diagnosed the issue as a faulty blower motor and replaced it with a new one. After replacing the motor, the furnace was working properly again. The customer was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
