I have been using Norris since 1998 when I moved into my home. They have always been dependable with top notch quality work. Darien came today and did a great job on the service for the upcoming hot summer. He is honest as well not trying to charge me for a new fan motor when my current one can still last me two or three years.

He was so polite and efficient. Explained what the problem was. And went to work to make my home comfortable again for me. He did not take it personal that I was upset it was going to cost me so much on my set income. Very pleasant. I appreciate the fact that your company came out today.
