No long wait, no runaround... The repairman was professional, friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. After I explained what the house inspector noted, he also diagnosed the issue quickly and had it repaired in no time. Excellent service, fair pricing and top-nothing professionalism. Highly recommend.

Dan came out the 1day I called to look at our AC unit that was not working. He was able to have it fixed and working the next day. We were bracing for the possibility of having to replace the unit but thankfully, he was able to fix it. Repair cost was reasonable, and communication was good. Thank you so much much for your help!

Had to switch AC companies as my old company couldn’t do a summer check until September. I called Norris Air and they were able to give me an appointment about a week later. Darien was my technician and I was extremely happy with him. He explained things to me, answered my questions, was friendly yet professional. I will be using Norris Air from now on. Very happy to make the switch.
