As I've experienced ever since I bought the unit, your service is superb! Darien was here at the beginning of the time slot, checked out everything (which was working like it is supposed to work) and got me set up for the next year. P.S. The reason I don't do a Google review is Google is too invasive. I don't trust them to not sell or give away information about where the review came from. I'm not interested in being inundated with contact from other companies, not necessarily related to heating and cooling systems. I hope Nearby Now doesn't sell or give away any of the information I'm giving you.

Norris Air has been taking good care of our HVAC since installation in 2015. Now that we’re moving we called Norris to check out the current unit in the new house. Good advice to keep an older unit going was a surge protector + hard start kit. These two items have kept the former equipment running smoothly for 10 years. We bought the suggested equipment & hope to buy time before replacing the 20 yr old unit. We appreciate the expertise of Norris Air!

Norris Air installed a new Day/Night HVAC unit 10 years ago. Thanks to some TLC on my part and the Norris USA team it has run smoothly for all of those 10 years. The technicians are top notch people. They know their business. We have never felt pressured to buy extra equipment or services. In fact, they talked us out of an unnecessary service we were contemplating. We’re moving but will continue any A/C & heat service with the people we trust at Norris Air.
