Darien was my technician and I was extremely happy with him. He explained things to me, answered my questions, was friendly yet professional. I will be using Norris Air from now on. Darien came today and did a great job on the service for the upcoming hot summer. He is honest as well not trying to charge me for a new fan motor when my current one can still last me two or three years.
