Darien (technician) arrived timely, performed my semi-annual maintenance check efficiently, and answered questions willingly. In my opinion Norris Air does an outstanding job. Very friendly service.

Had to switch AC companies as my old company couldn’t do a summer check until September. I called Norris Air and they were able to give me an appointment about a week later. Darien was my technician and I was extremely happy with him. He explained things to me, answered my questions, was friendly yet professional. I will be using Norris Air from now on. Very happy to make the switch.

I have been using Norris since 1998 when I moved into my home. They have always been dependable with top notch quality work. Darien came today and did a great job on the service for the upcoming hot summer. He is honest as well not trying to charge me for a new fan motor when my current one can still last me two or three years.
