Had to switch AC companies as my old company couldn’t do a summer check until September. I called Norris Air and they were able to give me an appointment about a week later. Darien was my technician and I was extremely happy with him. He explained things to me, answered my questions, was friendly yet professional. I will be using Norris Air from now on. Very happy to make the switch.

I have been using Norris since 1998 when I moved into my home. They have always been dependable with top notch quality work. Darien came today and did a great job on the service for the upcoming hot summer. He is honest as well not trying to charge me for a new fan motor when my current one can still last me two or three years.
