Darien was great. He was knowledgeable and professional. He explained the issues clearly and was able to quickly and efficiently service my HVAC unit. I was scheduled for a 7-9 am service call but he didn't arrive until closer to 10 am. It might be helpful to alert customers if the tech is running late. There was no follow-up text or call to re-confirm the appointment. I had to call the office to reconfirm that someone was coming today. I didn't rate the cost of the service because I really have nothing to compare it to. I've had the unit serviced in the past and the issues that were raised today were never mentioned before.
