I’ve done business with Norris for 12+ years. I’ve had a few bumps in the past but mostly great service. Problems have been resolved. Dan is a good representative of your company. I still like “CORY”. Has always taken care of everything.

Dan came out the 1day I called to look at our AC unit that was not working. He was able to have it fixed and working the next day. We were bracing for the possibility of having to replace the unit but thankfully, he was able to fix it. Repair cost was reasonable, and communication was good. Thank you so much much for your help!
