He Took the time out to explain efficiency of furnace , the duck work that has not functioned well in the 26 yrs of living here and why ! And it won’t be too Hard of a fix either ! WOW PFO you have a winner! Take good Care of him! A rare find indeed 🤗! People don’t realize “ never take for granted” how important it is to have a SAFE functioning furnace , chimneys , and duct work ! We had a Carbon /Dioxide issue 2 times over the years , both times could have been prevented , 2 separate issues , both times from incompetent / install and service providers ! You Cant be too careful, homeowners “ ask questions , and know how things are supposed to work and function !” Truly you and your families life depends upon it !
