Ron arrived and jumped right to work. Unfortunately the unit wasn’t able to be repaired but he gave me great recommendations for replacement and made sure I had other heating options in the interim. He definitely cares about his customers and his job. Thanks Ron!

It all started on Thursday morning around 10 when I realized the AC unit in our home wasn’t working. With 90+ degree temps coming over the weekend, I called PFO.
