First of all, Robinson Air has been our preferred Air Conditioning System servicer for quite a while. Every time they come to our home, they are represented well by the knowledgeable professionals who represent this outstanding customer oriented business. Our technician, John Morales, gave us a heads up phone call 5-10 minutes ahead of his arrival to our home. He greeted me with a handshake, and introduction. He was uniformed in clean Robinson Air attire, which also reflected his name on it. He first inspected our exterior units, and asked if we encountered any problems with the system. Then he entered the house, and assessed the interior units. After that he commenced the intricacies involved in servicing the units with precise knowledge of expertise. He kept a clean working area throughout his visit, and was sure to pick up behind himself once he was done. He briefed me on everything he did, as well as his recommendations for items of concern that need to be addressed.
