Ray came on time, inspected our heater and identified the issue right away. it’s worth mentioning that we have another technician come out from a different company and spent couple hours without fixing the issue. Ray was thorough, stayed to make sure the unit was working, and followed up with a call next day to make sure we were satisfied with the work. overall, great experience and would use them again for HVAC issues.

AC not cooling. Test system on cool and found condenser short cycling. Checked refrigerant levels and found them low. Charged system to have unit running. Will have to perform a compartment test to find leak. Left system charged to cool home for now. SOUTHWEST HVAC DOWNEY
