No doubt Gio knew his stuff. Super knowledgeable and informative. However, he said he would be here at 8 - his workers showed up at 9 without him. After ignoring my husband three times (via call and text) he showed up unannounced. One of the workers would repeatedly walk in the house without knocking to check the thermostat which I didn’t appreciate at all. 12,000 is A LOT of money to us and we expected exceptional customer service, which is not what we got.
