Satisfied with the service. Contacted multiple vendors who either charged extra or didn’t work on weekends. Came across Southwest HVAC and requested a quote and received a quick response. The tech called before arriving and showed up earlier than scheduled which was not a problem. He listened to to our concerns and was able to fix the problem right away. Entire process took about 2 hours or less. Will definitely keep them in mind in the future.
