It's been a month since we had our new furnace + new duct installed by South West. Everything is working perfectly and we're happy to share our experience. We chose South West based on their competitive pricing (out of 4 bids) and how Angel was able to explain the entire process in a professional and detailed manner. Details including where/why each vent would be installed, where the return would be, how he'd open up the entry way to the attic (to make it less visible), where the ideal location for our thermostat, and how many days it'd take. Once his crew showed up, everything almost happened exactly as he described. They were very good about giving us notice on when they'd show up and their lead guy was super patient when we had questions about anything they were doing. They even touched up the little holes with exact color of paint afterwards. Bottom line, my wife was very happy so I'm happy. I'd recommend Angel and his crew to anyone.

I am in no way related to anyone in this company or know them in any capacity, nor do I leave many reviews for anyone...but they deserve this one. After several months of my installation, I realized there was a problem and called Angel, my sales/account manager, to tell him my issue.
